Akasison L consists of pipe diameters of up to 200 mm and is made from HPTP (High Performance Thermoplastic). HPTP is a modified PVC-U material developed for Akasison: it is reinforced to withstand negative pressure, has an extremely high rigidity and a low expansion coefficient. HPTP joints are glued, the most commonly used connection technology in which electrical tools are not required. The combination of it high rigidity and glued connections offer speed and ease of installation.
Due to its high rigidity and low expansion coefficient, the Akasison L system can be installed freely moving. The expansion of the pipe system are absorbed by the flexible roof outlet connections or horizontally mounted expansion sockets. The Akasison L fixing system includes guide brackets that are mounted directly to the roof. The fixing system is quick and easy to install, just like the HPTP pipe system.
The flexible roof outlet connections and expansion sockets ensure that the Akasison L roof outlets are secured in place without any strain. The strain free connection of the roof outlets and their reliable connection to the roofing membrane will ensure that the Akasison roof outlets will drain rainwater without leakage their entire roof lifespan. Akasison L roof outlets are available in several version and can be applied in any kind of roof. The roof outlet design combines the most reliable connections with ease of installation.
